We respectfully remind you that a confirmed booking is a legally binding contract.

Please read your confirmation letter/email carefully and contact us at your earliest convenience should there be any errors.

Payment methods:

Payment can be made by: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Electron, Switch, American Express, cheque, cash (UK sterling) or travellers cheques (UK sterling).

To secure a booking by credit/debit card:

When making the booking, simply provide us with full card details, these are held as security against your booking. NO charge is made to your card unless you breach our cancellation policy. Upon check-out you can pay with this card or by any other method listed above.

To secure a booking by other means:

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received (we accept no responsibility for payments lost in post). If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we will refund your monies in line with our cancellation policy. All cheques are payable to ‘Tarbert Hotel’.
